“We stay here frequently, we love it. We have young children and it is the most ideal relaxing holiday that we’ve had. Get a river view apartment, ground floor is great, but the views from all levels are spectacular. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I almost don’t want to tell people about this place because it’s such a hidden gem and I don’t want to share!. We’ve been coming here for 5 years, we’ve had friends come too on our recommendation and they loved it too.”

Our first choice in Noosa. Excellent service, staff and amenities. Great location,well maintained pool,gardens and public areas. Apartments all of high standard. Beach front views amazing. This stay brutally cut short by C19 and necessary return to UK. Looking forward to next time.

“We have been coming to Noosa for the last 4 years & staying at RACV resort, which is also very good. This year we decided to try something different for our last 5 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom riverview apartment and it has been absolutely amazing. Sand out the front for the kids to play on, along with a great grass area (and a nice table, chairs & lounges for us to have a drink on!!). Apartment was recently renovated & Beds were super comfy!.
Sunset views are first class – such a relaxing spot to watch the boats cruise past all day. Heated Pool & Spa area are also first class, along with providing a nice BBQ & Tennis court area. About a 1km walk into Hastings St, but it is all flat, so it is a nice walk. Little supermarket, Bottle Shop & nice cafe/restaurants about 200m away. Staff have been great when needed – will most definitely be back.”

“My husband, my sister and I stayed here for 5 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom river view apartment. Couldn’t fault it. Room was perfect and the view was forever changing with boats coming and going. Sunsets were amazing The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The Resort grounds are beautiful. Well maintained with a lovely pool area. Although we didn’t use the BBQ area it looked fantastic with several bbqs for quests to use.
We didn’t have a car but it is a flat walk to Hastings Street, which would be the closest area. A bit further to walk into Noosaville, but there are buses if you would prefer or rent a car. Only drawback for us was as a guest you still need to hire a kayak. I think as guest this should be complimentary. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It is suitable for families and couples. A beach front apartment is a must. There was a bit of noise from people in the pool at night but hey, it was kids having fun outdoors so not a problem. The room had a washing machine for those needing. Watertaxi’s stopped a few minutes walk up the road, however we didn’t use this. Small convenience store, bottle shop, cafe and a few restaurants 2 minutes walk up the road. Lovely quiet area. Lots of people enjoying fishing of the pontoon and the beach.”

Juse returned from an anniversary weekend staying in a ground floor waterside apartment.The resort was busy when we first got there ..end of qld school holidays but was still imaculate… Lawns..poolside…waterside …apartment itself was magnificent with a fantastic layout modernised with everything you could possibly need ….reception staff were most helpful and the proximity to both the riverside eateries and Hastings street made this an unforgettable weekend …we will be back to watch the sunset over the water ! A truly relaxing weekend… Would def recommend staying here especially waterside apartments but private beach available to all guests

We couldn’t rate the Noosa Harbour Resort highly enough! The staff were professional and friendly and the facilities were of great quality with beautiful gardens and well maintained. The apartments were spacious, bright and beautiful and everything you needed was there – tennis court, pool, spa and access to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone, and would love to return one day for another stay.

“We visited here here once before a few years ago and simply could not wait to return. The units are beautifully situated overlooking the Noosa River. A very tranquil scene right throughout the day. The units, and there seems to be about 60, with some facing away from the river but the bulk overlooking it. They come in one, two, or three bedroom configurations. We chose a two bedroom/ one bathroom arrangement on this occasion. As was the case with our original visit the unit was immaculately clean and bright. The kitchen was well appointed and all the necessary cooking utensils and tools were provided.
Bedrooms are fine as is the bathroom. On our previous stay we were in a second story centrally located 2 bedroom unit and the panoramic view of the river was first class. On this occasion the unit was on the extreme end and the views were blocked at one end. Although the scene across the river was still beautiful, that it was narrowed was disappointing. A great spot for a stay. A simple walk into Noosa although there is a bus available from just outside”

“15min walk to Hastings St and a 20 min walk to Noosaville (15mins if you walk along the sand). We holidayed in Unit 55, which is a 2BR top floor unit with a magnificent view to the harbour and all its water activities and beautiful sunsets . A first glance when you enter the unit it is a big wow with its Harbour front view. Although this unit Is equipped with an air con we found with the front doors open and back windows open the cool sea breeze blew straight through the unit. Kitchen is spacious, clean and is well equipped, however the bathroom is in need of renovation. Great washing machine but the dryer is about to die. Bedrooms have Venetian blinds which are inadequate and sun shines in at sunrise. This unit desperately needs blackout blinds as it’s like sleeping through daylight. Welcoming supplies could be more generous. Thought 1x black tea bag, no tissues, was a bit ordinary.
The pool area is surrounded by palms and everything was clean and in tip top shape. In fact the entire grounds are perfectly maintained and I couldn’t speak more highly of this resort. The car park is underneath with easy access to the unit. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking this unit again but for lack of sleep. If you prefer a dark bedroom just be cautioned to take eyeshades.”

“Over the years I keep going back to this place. Why you ask??
I stay on the waterfront suites (90% of them). I have a passing entertainment every day. One time there was a wedding at the restaurant nearby and we had a firework display ! A three door walk to 3 restaurants, take away & general store. It’s own beach. A 15 walk on the flat to Noosa. A close drive to Noosaville. The units are privately owned and vary a little, usually in the bathroom. All are great in every other way. Safe underground parking. Bar B Q and pool. Nice staff. There three times in the last year and back again in November.”

Our one bedroom unit was perfect for my wife and I. The complex is well situated, nice and quiet at night, very little through traffic, walking distance to Hastings Street. The amenities were spotless, great beach area with a pontoon for fishing with a nice deep channel that allows for setting up beach rods. Had access to a pool area and electric barbecues. Staff, fantastic, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We have stayed here a number of times and love being on the river with the gorgeous water views. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and the unit we stayed in had been recently updated. We like staying here as it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hastings St but an easy 10 walk away as is Noosaville. We had a mid level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom river unit which was great. I agree with other reviews that the bedrooms are on the small side as is the ensuite but that did not worry us. My only complaint is being charged $5.00 for each pool towel used. I can understand guests may not return towels but surely just a $5.00 deposit per towel would be acceptable to management. This is a more upmarket accommodation and with the prices charged guests should not be charged extra for a pool towel.

We recently stayed at this resort in a 2 bedroom apartment on the middle level. The views were beautiful & the apartment was beautifully furnished & very clean. The bedrooms are a little small but the rest of the apartment was perfect for 4 people – eating breakfast on the veranda was a treat with the beautiful view.

Our ground floor apartment was wonderfully appointed, situated in the best spot to enjoy the early morning quiet of the sounds, enjoy the swimming, and soak in those wonderful sunsets. We didn’t want to leave the resort through the day, let alone when the holiday was finished. Staff where great.

Fantastic place to stay. The sunsets are amazing and the facilities are all maintained very well. The location is great and you can easily walk to both Hastings Street or Noosaville in about 10 mins. We are a family of 6 with the kids aged 2,5,8,10. The 3 bedroom apartment had lots of room for us and the kids just love the beach in front of the hotel.

“Visited with a couple friend, both of us with young babies. Stayed in a two bedder, top floor room overlooking the river. STUNNING VIEWS. Apartment had everything we needed. Each is individually furnished, so some looked a little nicer than others, but much of a muchness really.
Next stay, we will request a ground floor apartment, simply for the children, but the balcony really was spectacular. Grounds are lovely, staff friendly, clean, well positioned. Great place and we hope to return.”

Love this place and never want to leave it! We’ve stayed many times here now and it has everything one needs: swimming in Noosa Sound, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool, sauna & jacuzzi and tennis courts. We’ll be back!
